Este rol es responsable de crear y ejecutar planes de negocios de cuentas y planes de éxito del cliente, al tiempo que se encarga de monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de las pérdidas y ganancias de los acuerdos para garantizar el éxito general. El rol apoya la ejecución de extremo a extremo de los acuerdos, incluida la propuesta, la negociación, la entrega, la renovación del contrato, etc.
