Position Summary
The Human Resources intern is in charge of support administrative tasks in the Human Resources Department.
General Tasks
-Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives, and service levels
-Maintain the database and reports in a timely and accurate manner
-System database maintenance
-Pre-screening candidates
-Organization of information for audit purposes
-Participation in team initiatives for engagement and activities
-Perform other administrative tasks according to the department needs
Qualifications
Technical degree in executive for service centers or advanced student in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent career
English proficiency C1 (90%)
Experience in multinational environment is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
MS Office proficiency
Excellent interpersonal and relations building skills, active and positive approach towards people
Organized, structured and self-motivated
Needs to have initiative and be highly creative
Great communication skills
Detail oriented
Customer and detail oriented
Able to come to the office 3 days a week
