Responsibilities of the role
Process Optimization: Find opportunities for process optimization , demonstrating the capabilities of SAP and the Azure D&A Platform. Collaborate with business partners to understand their requirements and streamline processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting and analysis for all the Applications.
System Enhancements and Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP and the Azure D&A Platform. Evaluate new features, functionalities, and upgrades, and assess their potential impact on the Record to Report process. Plan and complete system enhancements and upgrades to bring to bear new capabilities and improve overall performance.
Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including finance, IT, and data management, to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions. Act as a liaison between business users, SAP functional teams, and Azure D&A Platform teams.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends, Emerging technologies, and standard methodologies related to R2R processes, SAP, and the Azure D&A Platform. Identify areas for continuous improvement, propose innovative solutions, and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R architecture with Modern Architecture adoptions addressing the complexities of Application areas.
INFORMACIÓN ADICIONAL
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in IT / Computer Science or relevant fields
5+ years’ experience on SAP, preferably FICO module, Business Warehouse or ABAP development
Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
ITIL Certification is preferred
Solid understanding of SCRUM framework and DevOps methodology
Strong leadership, innovation and partnership skills
Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Strong self-motivation
